Evelyne Binsack

Evelyne Binsack (born May 17, 1967 in Stans) is the first Swiss, who has reached all three poles, by own muscle power. The summit of Mount Everest, the north and the south pole in the Arctic, resp. Antarctic. She is also a motivational speaker and holds business lectures.

She loves extreme challenges, is an adventurer, extreme mountaineer, mountain guide, helicopter pilot, documentary filmmaker and bestselling author. Latest book: «Grenzgängerin»

As one of the first women in Europe, she graduated in 1991 training as a certified mountain guide. Binsack defeated the Eiger north face several times (single-handedly) and climbed to the highest peaks in the world. In 2001 she became the first Swiss to reach Mount Everest.
